Soy Sauce plays a very important role in Chinese cuisine cooking in our daily lives. In order to let more Chinese know about the natural fermentation process of soy sauce, a new TV programme "The Production of Lee Kum Kee Soy Sauce" will be telecasted during the Chinese Lunar New Year (end January to early February) by TVBI on 7 channels including TVBS-Europe, Jade-San Francisco Cable, Jade-Los Angeles Cable, Jade East, Jade West, TVBJ & TVB8. The 2-minutes programme consists of 5 episodes, which will be telecasted in 5 consecutive nights. The programme focuses on the whole production process of soy sauce, from selecting fine quality soybeans to fermentation to packaging. Audience also has a chance to visually visit our over 1.13 million square meter production plant in Xinhui, China and the advanced production facilities. HK famous food critic William Mark will also share his view on how to spot quality soy sauce and the origin of soy sauce etc.
