Ingredients

Beef fillet/tenderloin 200 g [cut 10 pcs, preferably wagons]


Sauce & Marinade

Premium Oyster Sauce 1 tbsp
Italian mixed herbs 1 tsp
Hoisin Sauce 3 tbsp
Shredded leek/ cucumber slices 1 Cup


Produce
  1. Mix beef fillet with marinade.
  2. Pan-fry beef fillet in 1 tbsp oil until desired doneness.  Reheat plain buns according to packet instructions.  Serve beef fillet and leek on buns with Lee Kum Kee Hoisin Sauce.
