Bean curd/Tofu 400 g [1 pc, sliced thickly]
Crab(s) 90 g [cooked, flakes]
Green onion(s) [shredded, for garnish]
Chili [Red, for garnish]


Sauce & Marinade

Seasoned Soy Sauce for Seafood 2 tbsp
Pure Sesame Oil 1 tsp


Produce
  1. Arrange cooked crab flakes on bean curd.  Steam over high heat for 5 minutes.
  2. Pour away excess water.  Pour over seasoning mix.  Garnish with shredded green onion and red chili.

Tips

Soak the bean curd in salted water for 10 minutes before cooking. This helps the bean curd to stay in shape when cooking. You can choose either frozen or fresh crab meat for this dish, but the tasty flavour of fresh crab meat will definitely make this dish taste better with the distinctive seafood flavour.
