Stir-fried crabs with Chili Bean Sauce

Crab(s) 500 g [2 pcs, chopped into pieces]
Chili 1 pc [Red, cut into pieces]
Chili 1 [green, cut into pieces]
Minced Garlic 1 tbsp
Minced Ginger 1 tbsp

Sauce & Marinade

Chilli Bean Sauce 2 tbsp
Premium Oyster Sauce 1 tbsp
Water 150 ml
Corn starch 1 tsp
Sugar 1 tsp

  1. Saute red chili, green chili, ginger and garlic in 2 tbsp oil. Add crabs and stir-fry for about 2 minutes.
  2. Add sauce mix and stir well until crabs are done.
