Duck Breast and Asparagus Roll

Duck breast(s) 400 g [cut into 6 slices lengthwise]
Asparagus 170 g [6 mini sticks]
Strawberry (ies) 50 g [2pcs, diced]

Sauce & Marinade

Premium Oyster Sauce 1 tbsp
Pure Sesame Oil 1 tsp
Pepper a little
Char Siu Sauce 1 1/2 tbsp
Water 5 tbsp
Honey 2 tsp
Corn starch 1/2 tsp

  1. Mix duck breast with marinade and roll each slice with asparagus.
  2. Pan-fry duck breast rolls in 2 tbsp oil until desired doneness.  Put on a serving plate.
  3. Heat through sauce mix and stir in strawberries.  Pour over duck breast rolls.
