Stuffed Peppers with Shrimp Meat in Seasoned Soy Sauce

Shrimp(s) 250 g [meat, deveined and dried]
Bell pepper (s) 2 pcs [green]
Green onion(s) 1 pc [diced]
Seasoned Soy Sauce for Seafood 50 ml

Sauce & Marinade

Corn starch 2 tsp
Salt 1/4 tsp
Pepper to taste

  1. Mash shrimps with chopper and marinate for 10 minutes.  Beat shrimp meat thoroughly until sticky.  Stir in green onion.
  2. Cut bell peppers into halves.  Take out seeds and cut each half into 4 pieces.  Brush peppers with a little of corn starch and stuff with mashed shrimp meat.
  3. Heat 3 tbsp oil.  Pan-fry bell peppers over medium heat until golden yellow and done.  Arrange peppers on a serving plate and pour on Lee Kum Kee Seasoned Soy Sauce For Seafood.
