Black Bean Chicken

Ingredients

300g chicken breast, cubed
2 vegetable or groundnut oil
2 shallots, finely chopped
1 green pepper, diced
1 sliced spring onions for garnish


Sauces

Black Bean Garlic Sauce 1 tbsp
sugar 1 tsp
water 5 Tbsp


Produce
1.   Stir-fry chicken in medium heat with oil for 5 minutes until lightly browned.
2.   Add shallot, ginger and green pepper to the wok, cook for 3 minutes.
3.   Add sauce mix to cook for further 2 minutes or until done.

Add noodles after Step 3 along with 2 Tbsp of Lee Kum Kee Premium Oyster Sauce (or Lee Kum Kee Panda Brand Oyster Sauce) to create your own authentic Black Bean Chicken noodles!
