Stir-Fried Pork in Hoisin Sauce

Ingredients

400g pork, cut into 1cm cubes
2 Tbsp vegetable or groundnut oil
1 red pepper, cut into 1cm pieces
1 green pepper, cut into 1cm pieces
20g fried peanuts


Marinade

Premium Oyster Sauce 2 Tbsp
corn flour 1 tsp
water 2 tsp


Sauces

Hoisin Sauce 2 tsp


Produce
1.   Marinate pork for 10 minutes, set aside.
2.   Heat the oil in a wok over a medium high heat. Add pork and stir-fry for 5 minutes. Add peppers and Hoisin Sauce and stir-fry for another 5 minutes or until pork is thoroughly cooked.
3.   Add peanuts for an added crunch before serving.
