Ingredients
Bean curd/Tofu 400 g [sliced]
Pork 75 g [diced]
Shrimp(s) 75 g [meat, deveined and dried]
Egg (s) 2 pcs [hard-boiled and shelled]
Green onion(s) 1 tbsp [diced]
Sauce & Marinade
Premium Oyster Sauce 2 tbsp
Pure Sesame Oil 1 tsp
Sugar 1 tsp
White pepper to taste
Water 3 tbsp
Corn starch 1 tsp
Produce
- Steam bean curd on medium heat for 10 minutes. Drain. Keep warm.
- Cut hard-boiled eggs into halves. Take out egg yolks and crush. Set aside. Dice egg whites. Add pork, shrimps and marinade to egg whites. Mix well.
- Saute egg whites, pork and shrimps in 2 tbsp oil until done. Stir in thickening, cook through and pour on steamed bean curd. Sprinkle with crushed egg yolks and green onion.
