Ingredients

Assorted seafood 350 g [cut into pieces]
Chili 1/2 pc [Red, shredded]
Onion(s) 1/2 pc [shredded]


Sauce & Marinade

Satay Sauce 2 tbsp
Premium Oyster Sauce 1 tbsp
Black Pepper Sauce 1 tbsp


Produce
  1. Blanch assorted seafood in boiling water.  Drain.
  2. Saute red chili and onion in 2 tbsp oil.  Add assorted seafood, seasoning mix and stir-fry until heated through.
