Bacon Oyster Rolls with Char Siu Sauce

Oyster(s) 300 g [meat, 12 pcs]
Bacon 250 g [12 slices]
Toothpicks 12 pcs

Sauce & Marinade

Char Siu Sauce 2 tbsp

  1. Blanch oysters in boiling water.  Drain.  Put oysters on bacon slices and roll up.  Secure bacon oyster rolls with toothpicks. 
  2. Mix bacon oyster rolls with marinade.
  3. Pan-fry the rolls on low heat in 2 tbsp oil until golden yellow.  Arrange on a serving plate.
