Baked Chicken Wings in Satay Sauce

Kid's Favorite

Chicken wings [middle joint] 350 g
Fresh Vegetables [for serving]

Sauce & Marinade

Satay Sauce 3 tbsp
Black Pepper Sauce 1/2 tbsp
Cooking Wine 1 tbsp
Salt 1/2 tsp
Satay Sauce 1 tbsp
Honey 1 tbsp
Water 1 tsp

  1. Marinate chicken wings for 30 minutes.  Pour away excess liquid. 
  2. Bake chicken wings at 190C/375F hot oven for 10 minutes.  Brush with sauce mix.  Turn over and bake for 5 more minutes or until done. 
  3. Serve with fresh vegetables.

    Note: Chicken wings can also be pan-fried over low heat until done.
