Stir-fried Beef and Pineapple with Spicy Satay Sauce

Beef fillet/tenderloin 400 g [cut into pieces]
Canned pineapple 4 slices [cut into pieces]
Bell pepper (s) 1/2 pc [Red, diced]
Shallots 2 tbsp [minced]
Garlic 1 tsp [minced]
Cooking wine 1 tsp

Sauce & Marinade

Premium Oyster Sauce 2 tbsp
Black Pepper Sauce 1 tbsp
Pure Sesame Oil 1 tsp
Corn starch 1 tbsp
Sugar 1/2 tsp
Satay Sauce 6 tbsp
Premium Oyster Sauce 1 tsp
Black Pepper Sauce 1 tsp
Water 2 tbsp

  1. Marinate beef fillet for 30 minutes.
  2. Saute minced shallot and garlic in 3 tbsp oil until fragrant.  Add beef fillet and stir-fry until done.
  3. Stir in sauce mix, red bell pepper and pineapple.  Sprinkle with wine and heat through.
