Chicken and Mushrooms in Oyster Sauce

Ingredients

Chicken meat 450 g [cut into pieces]
Bamboo shoots 90 g [sliced]
Chinese mushroom(s) 5 pcs [soaked, drained and shredded]


Sauce & Marinade

Premium Oyster Sauce 2 tbsp
Pure Sesame Oil 1 tsp
Corn starch 1 tsp
Premium Oyster Sauce 2 tbsp
Water 8 tbsp
Corn starch 1 tsp
Sugar 1 tsp


Produce
  1. Mix chicken with marinade.
  2. Stir-fry chicken in 2 tbsp oil until done.  Add bamboo shoots, mushrooms and sauce mix.  Cook until sauce thickens.
