Ingredients

Scallop (s) 250 g
Asparagus 120 g [sliced]
Shallots 50 g [sliced]
Chili 1 pc [red, cut into rings]
Sauce for Ma Po Tofu 80 g [1 pack]


Produce
  1. Blanch scallops in boiling water.  Drain.
  2. Stir-fry asparagus, shallots and red chili in 1 tbsp oil.  Add scallops and Lee Kum Kee Sauce For Ma Po Tofu.  Stir well until heated through.
