Stir-fried Assorted Vegetables with Sesame Seeds

Potato(es) 150 g [1 pc, shredded]
Asparagus 75 g [shredded]
Bell pepper (s) 1/2 pc [Red, shredded]
Bell pepper (s) 1/2 pc [Orange, shredded]
Sesame seeds 2 tbsp

Sauce & Marinade

Premium Oyster Sauce 2 tbsp
Premium Light Soy Sauce 1 tsp
Pure Sesame Oil 1 tsp
Water 4 tbsp
Corn starch 1 tsp
Sugar 1/2 tsp
Pepper to taste

  1. Soak potato shreds in water to remove starch.  Drain before use.
  2. Stir-fry sesame seeds over low heat without oil until golden yellow.  Set aside.
  3. Heat 2 tbsp oil.  Stir-fry all vegetables for about 2 minutes.  Add sauce mix and heat through.  Stir in sesame seeds.
