Fried Pork Chop with Spicy Satay Sauce

Ingredients

Pork chop (s) 450 g [cut into thick slices]
Garlic 1 tbsp [minced]
Lemon rind 1/2 pc
Cooking wine 1 tbsp
Lemon slices and parsley [for garnish]


Sauce & Marinade

Black Pepper Sauce 1 1/2 tbsp
Satay Sauce 1 1/2 tbsp
Premium Light Soy Sauce 1 tbsp
Sugar 1 tsp


Produce
  1. Mix pork chop with marinade for 30 minutes.
  2. Pan-fry pork chop in 2 tbsp oil until golden yellow and done. Add minced garlic and lemon rind.  Cook for 1 minute.
  3. Sprinkle wine on pork chop and stir well. Garnish with lemon slices and parsley.
