Stir-fried Pork with Oyster Sauce

Pork 90 g [diced finely]
Asparagus 50 g [or Broccoli stem, diced finely]
Carrot (s) 50 g [diced finely]
Button Mushroom (s) 25 g [fresh or canned, diced finely]
Peanuts 25 g [fried]
Iceberg lettuce 4 pieces [for serving]

Sauce & Marinade

Premium Oyster Sauce 1 tbsp
Premium Light Soy Sauce 1/4 tsp
Water 75 ml
Corn starch 1 1/2 tsp
Sugar 1/4 tsp

  1. Stir-fry pork in 1 tbsp oil until done.  Add broccoli stem, carrot, button mushrooms and stir-fry for a short while.
  2. Stir in sauce mix and heat through.  Add fried peanuts and stir well.  Put on lettuce and serve.
