Piglet 500 gWild mountain
Chili 20 g [with different colors]
Onion(s) 10 g
Garlic 10 g
Garlic 10 g [powder]
Ginger (s) 10 g [spicy]
Sichuan peppercorns 10 g
Star anise 10 g
Cinnamon 10 g

Sauce & Marinade

Premium Brand Oyster Flavoured Sauce 10 g
Premium Dark Soy Sauce 10 g
Pure Sesame Oil a little

  1. Cut wild mountain piglet into 4 pieces. Blanch and drain. Add Lee Kum Kee Premium Dark Soy Sauce to color. Deep-fry. Rinse with water.
  2. Stir-fry Lee Kum Kee Black Bean Chili Sauce, seasonings and other ingredients until fragrant. Add piglet and water. The water should cover the piglet. Cook for about 30 minutes. Keep the sauce and take out piglet for later use.
  3. Stir-fry chilies and onion. Put on a serving plate. Slice the braised piglet thinly and put on top.
  4. Add a starch solution to the sauce and heat through. Pour over sliced piglet.
