Dried Oyster Oysters and Black Moss in Oyster Sauce

Ingredients

Iceberg lettuce 225 g
Dried oysters 8 pcs
Dried black moss 38 gsoak
Chinese mushroom(s) 1 pcs [soaked]
Water 300 ml


Sauce & Marinade

Premium Brand Oyster Flavoured Sauce 1 1/2 tbsp
Premium Dark Soy Sauce a little
Pure Sesame Oil a little
Salt 1/4 tsp

Sugar 1/4 tsp
Corn starch 2 tsp
Water 200 ml


Produce
  1. Wash dried oysters and remove any sand. Sauté ginger, green onion and dried oysters in oil. Add salt 1/3 tsp, sugar 1/4 tsp, Lee Kum Kee Premium Oyster Flavored Sauce 1/2 tbsp, water and cook until tender.
  2. Stir-fry lettuce until done. Put oysters on top of lettuce. Arrange black moss and Chinese mushroom in the middle. Heat through sauce mix and pour on top.
