Fried Beef Ribs with Spicy Satay Sauce

Ingredients

Beef rib (s) 450 g [cut into pieces]
Lemon rind 1/2 pc
Cooking wine 1 tbsp
Lemon slices and parsley [for garnish]
Garlic 1 tbsp [minced]


Sauce & Marinade

Black Pepper Sauce 1 tbsp
Premium Light Soy Sauce 1 tbsp
Sugar 1 tsp
Satay Sauce 1 tbsp


Produce
  1. Mix beef ribs with marinade for 30 minutes.
  2. Pan-fry beef ribs in 2 tbsp oil until golden yellow and done. Add minced garlic and lemon rind. Cook for 1 minute.
  3. Sprinkle wine on beef ribs and stir well. Garnish with lemon slices and parsley.
