Shredded Beef in Chili Bean Sauce

Ingredients

Beef fillet/tenderloin 250 g [shredded]
Carrot (s) 75 g [shredded]
Celery 90 g [shredded]
Garlic 1 tbsp [minced]
Chilli Bean Sauce 1 1/2 tbsp


Sauce & Marinade

Pure Sesame Oil 1 tsp
Premium Oyster Sauce 1 tbsp
Sugar 1 tsp
Corn starch 1 tsp
Water 1 tbsp


Produce
  1. Mix beef with marinade.
  2. Saute Chili Bean Sauce and minced garlic in 2 tbsp oil until fragrant. Add beef and stir-fry until half done. Add carrot and celery. Stir well until beef is done.
