Stir-fried Japanese Noodles and Assorted Seafood with Black Pepper Sauce

Ingredients

Japanese fresh noodles/Udon noodles 400 g [2 packets]
Assorted seafood 200 g
Asparagus 50 g [sliced]
Bell pepper (s) 1 pc [sliced]


Sauce & Marinade

Black Pepper Sauce 3 tbsp
Premium Oyster Sauce 1 tbsp


Produce
  1. Stir-fry assorted seafood in 2 tbsp oil until done.  Add asparagus, bell pepper and stir-fry for about 2 minutes.
  2. Stir in Japanese fresh noodles, seasoning mix and heat through.
