Chef Recommendation

Deboned smoked ham 300 g
Celery 150 g [cut into pieces slantwise]
Cracked black pepper 1/2 tsp
Bell pepper (s) 1 tsp [green, chopped]
Bell pepper (s) 1 tsp [red, chopped]
Minced Garlic 1 tsp

Sauce & Marinade

Premium Oyster Sauce 1 tsp
Double Deluxe Soy Sauce 1 tsp
Black Pepper Sauce adequate amount
Water 5 tbsp
Corn starch 1 tsp
Sugar 1/2 tsp

  1. Blanch deboned smoked ham in boiling water 3 - 4 times.  Dry.  Slice thinly.
  2. Heat 2 tbsp oil.   Stir-fry celery.   Add black pepper pieces, bell peppers, Lee Kum Kee Minced Garlic and stir well.  Add sliced smoked ham and fry on high heat.  Finally, pour in sauce mix and stir well.
