Ingredients
Beef fillet/tenderloin 300 g [sliced thinly]
Romaine lettuce 150 gcut into big pieces, drained
Cheese 1 Cup [Grated mozzarella cheese]
Pita bread 2 pcs [cut into halves]
Satay Sauce 2 tbsp
Sauce & Marinade
Satay Sauce 2 tbsp
Premium Oyster Sauce 1 tbsp
Produce
- Mix beef with marinade and chill for about 3 hours.
- Wrap beef with foil. Grill under hot grill or over hot charcoal until done.
- Put grilled beef and juice in a bowl. Add 1 tbsp Lee Kum Kee Satay Sauce and mix well.
- Fill pita pockets with lettuce, beef and grated cheese.
- Hold pitas with grill net. Grill or barbecue until cheese melted. Serve at once.
