Grilled Cheese and Satay Beef Pita

Beef fillet/tenderloin 300 g [sliced thinly]
Romaine lettuce 150 gcut into big pieces, drained
Cheese 1 Cup [Grated mozzarella cheese]
Pita bread 2 pcs [cut into halves]
Satay Sauce 2 tbsp

Sauce & Marinade

Satay Sauce 2 tbsp
Premium Oyster Sauce 1 tbsp

  1. Mix beef with marinade and chill for about 3 hours.
  2. Wrap beef with foil. Grill under hot grill or over hot charcoal until done.
  3. Put grilled beef and juice in a bowl. Add 1 tbsp Lee Kum Kee Satay Sauce and mix well.
  4. Fill pita pockets with lettuce, beef and grated cheese.
  5. Hold pitas with grill net. Grill or barbecue until cheese melted. Serve at once.
