Squid (s) 1 pc [fresh, cut into pieces]
Shrimp(s) 120 g [fresh, meat]
Celery 50 g [cut into strips]
Ham 50 g [cut into strips]
Garlic 2 cloves [chopped]

Sauce & Marinade

Salt 1/2 tsp
Pepper 1/2 tsp
Corn starch 1/2 tsp
Premium Oyster Sauce 2 tbsp
Premium Light Soy Sauce 1 tsp
Pure Sesame Oil 1 tsp
Water 6 tbsp
Cooking Wine 1 tsp
Corn starch 1 tsp
Sugar 1 tsp

  1. Blanch seafood in boiling water. Drain. Mix seafood with marinade.
  2. Saute garlic in 2 tbsp oil until fragrant. Add seafood and stir-fry for a while. Stir in celery, ham and stir-fry until done. Put on a preheated hot plate.
  3. Boil sauce mix and pour over seafood.
