Stir-fried Beef Fillet and Leek

Chef Recommendation

Beef fillet/tenderloin 350 g [sliced]
Leek 90 g [sectioned]
Green onion(s) 20 g [sectioned]
Sesame seeds adequate amount [fried]
Pure Sesame Oil adequate amount

Sauce & Marinade

Premium Oyster Sauce 1 tbsp
Minced Garlic 1/2 tbsp
Corn starch 1 tsp
Double Deluxe Soy Sauce 1 1/2 tbsp
Sugar 1/2 tsp

  1. Marinate beef fillet for 15 minutes.
  2. Stir-fry beef fillet on high heat until done.  Add seasoning mix and leek. Stir-fry until heated through.  Add green onion and fry for a while.
  3. Put on a serving plate.  Sprinkle with Lee Kum Kee Pure Sesame Oil and fried sesame seeds.
