Stir-fried Chicken with Fresh Mushrooms

Chef Recommendation

Chicken fillet 200 g [diced finely]
Fresh Shiitake mushroom(s) 50 g [diced]
Ji Tui mushroom(s) 50 g [diced]
Button Mushroom (s) 50 g [diced]
Medlar seeds 4 g
Shallots a little [minced]
Minced Garlic [a little]

Sauce & Marinade

Corn starch a little
Premium Oyster Sauce 2 tsp
Sugar 1/3 tsp
Salt 1/4 tsp
Corn starch 1/5 tsp
Water a little

  1. Marinate chicken fillet for a short while.   Set aside.  Soak medlar seeds in boiling water until soft.  Drain and set aside.
  2. Heat a little oil. Stir-fry chicken until done. Set aside. Stir-fry Lee Kum Kee Minced Garlic and minced shallot until fragrant.  Add fresh mushrooms and stir-fry until done.  Stir in chicken and seasoning mix.  Finally, add medlar seeds and stir well quickly.  Put on a serving plate.
