Straw mushroom(s) 450 g
Crab-flavored stick(s) 6 pcs [torn into shreds]
Yellow chives 6 pcs [sectioned]
Ginger (s) 4 slices
Egg White 1 pc [beaten]

Sauce & Marinade

Pure Sesame Oil 1/2 tsp
Water 4 tbsp
Corn starch 1 tsp
Sugar 1/2 tsp
Salt 1/2 tsp
Premium Oyster Sauce 1/2 tbsp
Pure Sesame Oil a little
Corn starch 1 tbsp
Sugar 1/2 tsp
Salt 1/4 tsp
Pepper a little
Chicken stock 250 ml
Water 125 ml

  1. Cut crisscross at the bottom of straw mushrooms.
  2. Cook straw mushrooms in boiling water for 1 minute. Take out and soak in cold water. Drain and set aside.
  3. Heat 2 tbsp oil. Saute ginger. Add straw mushrooms and stir well. Add seasoning mix and stir-fry until dried. Put on a serving plate.
  4. Heat 1 tbsp oil. Stir-fry yellow chives for a short while. Add sauce mix and boil. Add crab-flavored shreds, egg white and cook until done. Pour over straw mushrooms.
