Barbecue Chicken Tendons Kebabs

Kid's Favorite

Chicken tendons 300 gcut into chunks
Honey 1 tbsp

Sauce & Marinade

Premium Light Soy Sauce 3 tbsp
Premium Dark Soy Sauce 1 tbsp
Pure Sesame Oil 2 tsp
Sugar 1 tbsp

  1. Marinate the chicken chunks for 20 minutes. 
  2. Thread the chicken onto 12 wood/bamboo skewers - aim for 4 of each per skewer.
  3. Grill or barbecue for 15 minutes, turning twice during cooking to ensure browning.
  4. Brush with honey at the last 3 minutes.
  5. Sprinkle with toasted sesame seeds.
