Lamb Char Siu Koftas

Ingredients

Minced Lamb 500 g
Cooking onion 1 Medium [finely grated]
Carrot 1 Large [finely grated]
Egg 1 [beaten]
Breadcrumbs 150 gtoasted


Sauce & Marinade

Char Siu Sauce 4 tbsp
Premium Light Soy Sauce 1 tbsp


Produce
  1. Mix together lamb mince, onion, carrot, egg and breadcrumbs with seasoning mix.
  2. With wet hands, roll mince into egg shapes about 4cm.
  3. Thread the koftas onto 10 wood/mental skewers divided by the carrots- aim for 2 of each per skewer.
  4. Refrigerate for at least 20 minutes, or up to 30 minutes.
  5. Grill or barbecue for 15 minutes, turning twice during cooking to ensure browning.
