Deep-fried Double Deluxe Rosemary Sticks

Hot Level 1

Minced chicken 150 g
Mashed shrimp meat 150 g
Rosemary 8 sticks
Corn starch [for dusting]

Sauce & Marinade

Double Deluxe Soy Sauce 1 tbsp
Chopped rosemary 1 tbsp
Beaten egg 2 tbsp
Corn starch 2 tsp
White pepper to taste
Thai Sweet Chilli Sauce

  1. Mix minced chicken with marinade.  Stir in mashed shrimp meat and divide into 8 portions.  Wrap rosemary with chicken and shrimp mixture to form long sticks. Coat sticks with corn starch.
  2. Deep-fry rosemary sticks in hot oil until golden yellow and done.  Drain and serve with Lee Kum Kee Thai Sweet Chili Sauce.
