Braised Sea Cucumber with Oyster Sauce

Pre-soaked sea cucumber (s) 150 g [cut into pieces]
Chicken slices, soaked Chinese Mushrooms and Ham slices 90 g
Ginger and Green Onion [for blanching]
Ginger (s) 4 small slices
Green onion(s) 1 pc [sectioned]

Sauce & Marinade

Premium Oyster Sauce 1 1/2 tbsp
Premium Light Soy Sauce 1/4 tsp
Water 150 ml
Corn starch 1 tsp
Sugar 1/4 tsp

  1. Blanch sea cucumber in boiling water with ginger and green onion.  Drain.
  2. Saute ginger and green onion in 1 tbsp oil.  Add sea cucumber, chicken, mushrooms, ham and stir-fry for 1 minute.
  3. Stir in sauce mix and cook for about 3 minutes until sauce thickens.
