Green onion(s) 25 g [diced]
Roasted barbecue pork/Char Siu 120 g [diced]
Shallots 25 g [diced]

Sauce & Marinade

Premium Oyster Sauce 2 tbsp
Premium Light Soy Sauce 1 1/2 tsp

  1. Stir-fry diced shallots in 2 tbsp oil until fragrant.
  2. Add eggs. Stir in rice, diced char siu, seasoning mix and diced green onion. Heat through to serve.
